To counter this problem the Belgian Science Policy (BELSPO) has funded a research project, a collaboration between the Royal Institute for Cultural Heritage (KIK-IRPA), Ghent University (Department of Geology), University of Antwerp (Heritage Department), The University of Hamburg (<\/span><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\"><b>Institute for Inorganic and Applied Chemistry) and University College London (Institute for Sustainable Heritage).<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><!-- \/wp:core-embed\/youtube --><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-10d2a52 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"10d2a52\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b style=\"color: #000000;\">The main goal is to identify and investigate the <\/b><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><b>behavior<\/b><\/span><b style=\"color: #000000;\"> of common salt mixtures found in the built environment.
